Mastering is a strategic approach to achieve a better outcome. It's not merely about doing stuff with the music, but rather embodying the right mindset. As a first-time listener, I naturally respond to the song, allowing me to experience it with an open perspective.

I start by assuming the song is already perfect. My focus is then directed towards refining any elements that may detract from the music itself. This can involve adjusting the frequency balance and also subtly enhancing the musicality, intention, and nuances. By adopting this approach, it ensures that the music will maintain its essence and impact across a diverse range of playback systems.
